We design our programs to fit into your life.

1 Start with a short quiz to find the right path for you.

Take two minutes to answer a 7-question multiple choice Wellbeing Quiz. This quiz is an established clinical method for wellbeing screening. Find out which of our programs are suitable for you.


2 Select a program. Choose the supported or self-help option.

Select the 'Sign up' button and access programs which are proven to help you feel better. Based on years of clinical research, our programs are interactive and delivered via our user-friendly platform.

On the supported option a dedicated supporter will provide guidance, feedback and encouragement as you work through the program. Choose the self-help option if you wish to work through this program without supporter guidance.


3 Learn and practice for up to one hour per week.

On your homepage you can see the modules in your program. We suggest you complete one module per week. Each module can take up to an hour to complete. The more time and effort you put in to the program, the more you will get out of it.

As you progress through the modules, you will find new exercises which can help you apply what you are learning to your own life. With SilverCloud, soon you will notice you are feeling better.
